Paragon's LeadershipJoseph Morabito, SCRP
Mr. Morabito has more than 30 years of relocation industry experience. As a pioneer and innovator in the field, Mr. Morabito has worked with clients throughout the United States, Europe and Asia, touching virtually every industry with delivery of management consulting services. Prior to founding Paragon 25 years ago, Mr. Morabito held positions in senior management at Premier Relocation Services (a Weyerhaeuser company) and Merrill Lynch Relocation Management (the predecessor to Prudential Relocation Management). Mr. Morabito has been published in HR industry publications including Human Resource Executive and Mobility. He has been featured as a speaker at a variety of conferences and was written about in The Wall Street Journal. Most recently, Mr. Morabito was named International Relocation Personality of the Year by Re:locate magazine. Mr. Morabito holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and political science with a minor in foreign languages; a Master of Arts degree in education, with emphasis in personnel administration; and teaching and education administration credentials, all from California State University. He holds the Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP) designation and is a Worldwide ERC® Distinguished Service award winner. He previously served as a member of the Employee Relocation Council's Public Policy Committee for several years, which assessed and dealt with business risk and opportunities arising from legislative, regulatory and judicial actions that impact relocation. Before joining Paragon, Mr. Selders served as a vice president with Weichert Relocation and was responsible for business operations in the South and Southwestern United States. Prior to this, he served as a senior vice president of client services for Prudential Relocation where he was responsible for the company's North American client base. He also served as president of the western region of Prudential Relocation where he was responsible for all client and business operations for the Western United States. Mr. Selders holds the SCRP and SGMS designations, and has earned a Distinguished Service Award as well as the Meritorious Service Award from Worldwide ERC®. He has served on numerous committees and panels for Worldwide ERC® and other industry conferences. He has been published in various publications such as Mobility and Energy World and holds a Texas Real Estate Broker's license. Mr. Selders has a Bachelor's degree in business, with an emphasis in real estate from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Mary Legate, CRP, GMS
Serving in the relocation industry for more than 30 years, Ms. Legate has managed all aspects of client relations and operations, starting as a consultant and working through everything from on-site relocation centers to group moves to managing branch operations. Ms. Legate graduated with a BBA from Stephen F. Austin University in Texas and is a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and holds the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation. Mr. Hombrecher previously served as an international business consultant with Del Monte Fresh Produce where he assisted the organization to develop the procurement of avocados from a number of international markets. Prior to this, he served as a vice president of finance and CFO for Calavo Growers, Inc. During his tenure at Calavo, Mr. Hombrecher had full responsibility for financial reporting and the leadership of the technology department. He also served as senior manager of assurance and advisory services for Deloitte LLP, where he specialized in directing and performing audits for multi-national SEC registrants with substantial market capitalization. Mr. Hombrecher is a Certified Public Accountant and has Bachelor's degrees in business economics and political science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Prior to joining Paragon, Mr. McCain worked for Bank of America as Vice President, Regional Sales Manager. He has also held positions at Cendant Mobility (new Cartus) and GMAC Global relocation Services (new Brookfield). Mr. McCain holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Vermont along with a certificate in finance from Fairfield University. He served this year as President of the New England Relocation Association and was a past steering committee member for the NYC Organization of Relocation Professionals, New Jersey Relocation Council, and the Metro Northeast Relocation Summit. Mr. Brennan's previous experience includes general management, sales and product development roles at BT and TNT. He holds an MBA from Dublin City University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and he has also been the recipient of Paragon’s President’s Award, the highest honour Paragon gives each year. His experience includes working for Merrill Lynch in the relocation management division. Mr. Chapman has years of experience at Paragon in account management, relocation expense management, customer service and sales. He has conducted business in over a dozen countries and has spoken at industry conferences in various countries in both English and Spanish. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in marketing and advertising from Marquette University and has completed extensive coursework toward an international MBA. Ms. Gerber serves as Vice President, Global Relocation Services, responsible for benefits counseling and administration, home sale services, homefinding services and rental assistance for U.S. domestic transferees and benefits counseling and administration for international assignees relocating worldwide including coordination of destination services, language training, cultural training, immigration services, and at post services while on assignment. In 2001, Ms. Gerber received the highest honor at Paragon - the President's Award for significant contributions to on-boarding new key accounts, training, coaching and managing staff of U.S. domestic and international team members.
