Mike Morabito has over 10 years of relocation experience working for Paragon Relocation in various roles. Most recently Mike has worked in a role as a Project Consultant leading implementations for very well-known Fortune 500 companies. In addition to consulting Mike also manages the company’s social media strategy. While working at Paragon Mike has also had roles related to the following functions:

• Managed crucial internal and external reporting for Paragon Global Resources to show key client metrics such as $1,000,000s of Revenue for each client, and 1,000s of Relocation Transactions.
• Reported to the Senior Vice President in charge of the entire Fortune 1000 client portfolio of business managing core day-to-day numbers for each client summarized in a Monthly Report to Sr. Management.
• Did reporting for entire client base on Revenue, Authorizations, and Customer Service for Fortune 1000 clients such as: Caterpillar, Network Applications, Toyota Motor Company, General Dynamics, Abbott Laboratories, Yahoo!, Citrix, Nvidia, Charles Schwab and a number of other very well-known organizations.
• Organized several key Customer Service and Supplier Relations training sessions which have helped boost Paragon’s overall customer service, quality rankings and lower costs.

In addition Mike’s role at Paragon Relocation he also enjoys visiting the beach in his native Orange County, California, Traveling, Snowboarding, Reading and spending time with his best friend, his wife of 2 years.
